Sono IO LLC — It's Me application
By downloading, installing, or using the It's Me application ("the App") or any related services operated by Sono IO LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
It's Me provides a US phone number assigned to your account, along with calling, text messaging (SMS and MMS), voicemail, and related communication features. Numbers are provided on a subscription or trial basis and are subject to availability.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use It's Me. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
Your account is created automatically when you first open the App. You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account. Do not share account access with others. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Phone numbers are assigned from our available pool. We do not guarantee the availability of a specific number or area code. Numbers that are released upon account closure or subscription expiration enter a cooling period and may be reassigned to other users.
You do not own the phone number assigned to your account. It is licensed to you for the duration of your active subscription.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.
Our telephony services are provided through Twilio's network. Use of the App is subject to applicable telecommunications laws and regulations, including rules administered by the FCC and those governing commercial messaging (such as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act). You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with applicable law.
We strive to keep It's Me available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Telephony services depend on third-party providers (including Twilio) whose availability we do not control. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure failures, network outages, or events outside our control.
The App and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, that communications will be delivered without delay, or that the service will meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sono IO LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, your assigned phone number will be released.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Sono IO LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
